Although your care will naturally evolve over time — and that’s a good thing — we believe you should always know what to expect. As your body changes, your hormone needs, lifestyle strategies, and treatment plan may adjust.
If we determine that bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is appropriate for you, we want you to have at least a basic understanding of the costs before you begin. This is a commitment to your long-term health, and we want to honor that by being upfront, transparent, and thorough from the very start.
We’ve outlined our commonly recommended medications and membership structure here — so we hope you can make an informed decision with full confidence.
Why We Start with Onboarding
At EverWell, long-term care starts with a strong foundation. Before enrolling in a monthly membership, all patients complete an initial onboarding and consultation through one of the following:
- Essential Hormone Insight Package ($695)
- Comprehensive Wellness & Hormone Optimization Package ($995)
This allows us to listen deeply, evaluate your labs, and design a plan that truly fits you — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
EverWell Signature Membership/Ongoing Care Pricing
(Pricing applies only if hormone therapy is indicated and elected.)
Our membership model is designed to support you year-round — with ongoing labs (required for ongoing prescriptions), follow-up visits, prescription management, and direct access to your provider.

Hormone optimization and feeling your best is a journey, not a quick fix. Your needs may shift over time — and your care should evolve with you. At EverWell, we practice medicine differently, personally, not using a template for prescriptions, and a patient every 15 minutes. We also believe pricing should feel just as supportive as the care itself. We very much try to offer transparent, all-inclusive pricing from the start.
Your monthly rate is inclusive:
- Medications (typically shipped every 3 months)
- Lab testing
- Ongoing clinician visits
- Follow-up labs are included and tested 4-5 months after starting hormone therapy to confirm optimal dosing, then every 6 months.
- A comprehensive lab panel is included at 12 months

One Medication
One Medication: Includes oral capsules (up to 200mg) or cream progesterone
What’s included:
Twice-yearly labs (with 12-month commitment)
- 1 comprehensive lab panel annually (only with 12 month commitment)
- 1 progress panel at 6 months
Twice yearly prescription renewal, with telehealth visit or call
Quarterly telehealth visits if needed
Access to provider for questions via email
Prescription management and dose adjustments as needed (especially beneficial when starting bioidentical hormones)

Tier Two — $225/month
Two Medications: Includes progesterone + testosterone cream OR estrogen cream
Everything in tier one, plus comprehensive management and optimization of testosterone or estrogen therapy.

Tier Three — $275/month
Three Medications: Includes progesterone (oral or cream) + testosterone cream + estrogen cream
Everything in tier one plus full-spectrum hormone replacement and optimization.

Commitment: Your membership includes ongoing labs and medication management, delivered consistently throughout your plan. Because of this structure, membership is offered as a 6- or 12-month commitment, billed monthly for your convenience.
If you do not wish to continue beyond your 6- or 12-month commitment, simply provide 30 days written notice prior to your renewal.
Please note: If additional medications are required (for example, dose adjustments outside of the standard refill period) or if additional laboratory testing is needed to safely monitor your care outside of the routine 6- and 12-month panels, these services will incur an additional charge based on the cost of medications and labs.

As an EverWell member, you receive expanded access to advanced longevity and wellness modalities—without needing additional office visits or paying separate provider fees. These are optional enhancements, designed to deepen your personalized care and support your long-term health goals.
